Backing shows much wear
If held to light you can see small holes in the tapestry
I am unsure of what this was used for
Looks to be handcrafted.
No tags no maker marks
looks to be crewel work hand sewn seams and handiwork
Not cleaned, would need to be cleaned.
feels to be wool or a blend.
