Finial, stem, and base feel like resin or plaster (not sure) and are painted to look like an antiqued finish

Measures about 17.5” tall to finial; base is about 4” across

I don’t see any logo or stamp to indicate maker

Good condition; no cracks or breaks; very tiny chip on the underside that I can feel with my finger; only displayed as a décor item—never used as a jewelry tree or for any other purpose
